Party founder and leader: Milana Gorenstein, LL.B  - international lawyer, former board member of Amnesty International  - IL, journalist, writer, artist, programmer, candidate for President of Israel, President of Planetary Health Organization.

The primary goals of Happiness Party:

• TIKKUN OLAM ("REPAIR THE WORLD") - presentation and implementation of a new ideology for the post-capitalist stage of global social development, based on Jewish religious tradition and wisdom of Torah (main principle: “from competition – to cooperation”);

• Bringing Israel to 1^st place in the World Happiness Report rankings and establishment of the Ministry of Happiness;

• Moving from parliamentary  to full presidential system of government, when the President is both head of state and head of government;

•  Acceptance of the Constitution as the governing state document;

• National Beauty Insurance program for women;

•  Free higher education for all, funded by the state.
